Welcome to Ken's Hwy 45 Meat Market.
My name is Ken Schmidt and I'm the new owner. I took over
the business in November of 2005. I have over 26 years of
experience in the meat business. I started out at Copps in
Antigo and then went to 29 Super Foods in Weston and most
recently I was the Assistant Meat manager at Mega Pick n'
Save in Weston.
My family and I will continue to provide retail meats,
custom butchering and storage services to retail customers
and farmers, as well as adding some new products and
services. We will offer you a full selection of retail
meats and sausages along with made-to-order cheese and
sausage trays.
In the near future we will be expanding the website to include the
opportunity for customers to place orders for products online, but
until that time,

We are open Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM
Saturdays we are open 9AM till 1PM
